About the Sauces

The Story

It all began with the sauce. For thirty years we've been making our Original sauce for friends and family to enjoy. While preparing for a catered event in the late 1980's, one of our employees proclaimed it the most bitchin' sauce she'd ever tasted. Our name was born.

In July of 2011 we began selling the sauce at Farmer's Markets, retail outlets and literally out of the trunk of our cars. As we talked about opening a restaurant to showcase our talents, we chose downtown Dodgeville to extend the story. Bob's Bitchin' BBQ: The Restaurant opened in November 2012.
