At Bob’s, you’ll experience barbeque the way it should be.

All of our BBQ is slowly smoked featuring our dry rub & seasoning. We don’t believe in cutting corners, so the food you enjoy at Bob’s Bitchin’ BBQ is made from scratch in our kitchen. We source ingredients locally whenever possible and we want your visit with us to be a satisfying and fun experience that will keep you coming back for more.

The History

It all began with the sauce.

For over thirty years we’ve been making our Original sauce for friends and family to enjoy. While preparing for a catering event in the late 1980’s, one of my employees proclaimed that it was the most bitchin’ sauce she’d ever tasted and our name was born.

In July of 2011, we began selling the sauces at Farmer’s Markets, retail outlets and literally out of the trunk of our cars. As we talked about opening a restaurant to showcase our talents, we chose downtown Dodgeville to extend the story.
